Two young brothers from Paterno ‘, a small village in Sicily, creative Piero with great value for the family, Salvo dynamic and enterprising with a passion for impossible businesses. Together in this dream with the things they love to do: “Dolci”. Mother yeast, eggs from hens raised on the ground, Dutch butter, flour and lots of passion. Thirty-six hours of leavening together with a skilful workmanship allowed us to create a soft, fragrant product with an intense flavor. A triumph of perfumes and sensations that embrace, in the imaginary, distant places in a single bite.
