From only the skins of the freshly picked fruit we obtain this liquor, which has a fragrant citrus scent and light floral notes, accompanied by balsamic aftertaste. Tasting reveals full-bodied and character, with a long lasting floral aftertaste. Accompaniment in the infusion is made from exotic spices, like vanilla, which give the liquor softness and elegance. Excellent after-meal accompaniment, served iced with desserts and pastries.
