Delicious and particular liquor, obtained from the infusion of freshly picked chinotti.The extraction of juices with their delicate flavours is obtained in a static alcoholic bath for over two months.Straight after pressing, the infusion is matured in neutral containers for over six months.The product is then used as a base to create an elegant, dark and flaming amber, with strong scent of citrus and spices.Elegant and tasty to the palate, gives out refined and vibrant aftertaste of vanilla and rhubarb.Moderately bitter it has light notes of dandelion and orange blossoms.To be served with ice or as an ingredient in original cocktails.
