Young Grappa, from distilled Monferrine marc using a traditional method of vapour stream.Refined for at least six months in steel containers. Marc, sourced locally in Castelnuovo, is distilled after a short fermentation period. It is of clear and bright appearance, it expresses, with natural immediacy, fragrant aromas of ripe grapes. Delicate and soft on the palate, gives off aromas typical of the grape type, like Rosehip and wild berries.
