Our gluten-free organic pasta is wheat-free and has all the flavour of homemade linguine pasta but is made with yellow and white corn flour. It can be used in classic dishes and is especially good served al dente with just a touch of olive oil.

The consistency is very similar to traditional pasta and is a great alternative for those with allergies.

The pasta is rich in vitamins A and E, low in fat, low in cholesterol, and low in sodium. Corn pasta gets its characteristic golden color from its rich natural carotenes (vitamin A).

Linguine pasta holds up beautifully in more complex meals with vegetables, meats, or seafood added to it as well.

The ancient Morelli Pasta factory was founded in 1860, and is a family-run enterprise, the fifth generation of the Morelli family, siblings Lucia, Antonio and Marco, continue to run the company today preserving its traditions.
