Our gluten-free organic pasta is wheat-free and has all the flavour of homemade linguine pasta but is made with yellow and white corn flour. It can be used in classic dishes and is especially good served al dente with just a touch of olive oil.

The consistency is very similar to traditional pasta and is a great alternative for those with allergies.

The pasta is rich in vitamins A and E, low in fat, low in cholesterol, and low in sodium. Corn pasta gets its characteristic golden color from its rich natural carotenes (vitamin A).

Ingredients: Organic corn flour, water
Tips for Cooking: Prepare 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of product to be cooked in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10 – 12 grams per liter); bring to the boil; add the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Strain and season to taste.
How to enjoy: Linguine pasta holds up beautifully in more complex meals with vegetables, meats, or seafood added to it as well. Enjoy true Italian specialty foods and make perfect healthy, flavorful pasta in just 7-9 minutes!
