All the flavour of homemade paccheri pasta with all-natural ingredients: Yellow corn flour, white corn flour, rice, and water. It is a wheat-free pasta and is a gluten-free corn pasta. The consistency is very similar to traditional pasta and it is a great alternative for those with allergies. The pasta is rich in vitamins A and E, low in fat, low in cholesterol, and low in sodium. Corn pasta gets its characteristic golden color from its rich natural carotenes (vitamin A).

It can be used in classic Italian dishes and is especially good served al dente with just a touch of olive oil. The pasta holds up beautifully in more complex meals with vegetables, meats, or seafood added to it as well.
