These fun rainbow tagliatelle are made in Tuscany in a small craft pasta making facility. Naturally colored with beets, spinach, squid ink, paprika, turmeric. Children love them, and all you need to add is some butter and cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano). Also great with a light tomato sauce, or a vegetable sauce. Cooking time 11 minutes.

Wheat germ is the heart of the grain of wheat, rich in flavor and nourishing active ingredients. The wheat germ contains vitamins A, D, and E and also provides a wonderful aroma while cooking. The wheat germ also gives the cooking water a slightly green hue making cooking Morelli’s fresh pasta a completely unique experience. The durum wheat semolina is a little thicker than spaghetti and is able to absorb sauces well and give more succulent and full-bodied wheat flavor to your meals.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated beetroot, dehydrated paprika, dehydrated turmeric, dehydrated spinach, dehydrated spirulina algae, squid ink

Tips for Cooking: Prepare 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of product to be cooked in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10 – 12 grams per liter); bring to the boil; add the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Strain and season to taste.
